I was slacking hard throughout this past holiday season. Although I was still training regularly, I just couldn't outwork my poor diet and it showed, bad. My before pictures were taken about a month after the end of my football season. Because of our busy schedule, I wasn't able to get some good in-season training, which left me in a somewhat disappointing shape. My Christmas holidays had just ended and I really didn't pay much attention to what I was eating during the holiday season. This really set me back. I saw the Athlete Built program and decided that I was going to follow it to the T. As soon as I saw what it entailed, I knew this was the right program for me.
